Finally I managed to complete the film about my solo adventure in Swedish Lapland last autumn. While start and destination coincide with a previous trip and I revisit some locations I already know from before, I also pass a lot of places I’ve never seen before.

I hike from Jäkkvik to Kvikkjokk through Arjeplogsfjäll and via the southern edge of Sarek. Much of the route is off-trail and some sections are fairly strenuous. The landscape is striking and the weather unpredictable – both as expected ;-). Note that I use a packraft occasionally; all crossings except the lake Bartávvre are optional but may take extra time or effort if done without a boat. Resupply is impossible thus I was fully self-sufficient.
