A visit to the area around the Norwegian town of Tromsø in March (approximately 300 km north of the Arctic Circle). One of the highlights was the island of Senja with its spectacular cliffs rising from the sea. Unfortunately, only during one night we were able to see very weak northern lights (a really strong aurora I experienced later).
